However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Must be in original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and custom reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (for hygiene purposes)
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale/discounted items
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges only for:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged or faulty items
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are only issued if the item is faulty or incorrect
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
- Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
